Thank you for shopping with Touched By Trice. Owner of Royal Touch Extensions. Royal Touch Extension is a Pre-order website. All wig (sale items) orders require 3-4 weeks  to construct and process before shipping out. All other purchases takes 7-14 business days to process and ship.  Once your package is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you.

 Due to this unprecedented time, The current COVID-19 Restrictions has caused a increase in delivery time for ALL RTE ITEMS. We ask everyone to shop a month in advance due to this extreme delay. Delivery time is 17-20 business days now. Please shop at your own convenience.we have also decided that  ALL SALES WILL BE FINAL!!! NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES!!!

Please note: Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must take this up with the United States Postal Service. ROYAL TOUCH EXTENSIONS does not hold responsibility for package that state have been delivered. If items have not been received, they can be located by using the tracking number or contacting your local post office. If an order is placed on a national holiday or after 3 p.m. EST on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, it will be shipped the following business day.

 Federal Law states you cannot return human hair products that have been used or altered in any way. Concerning hygiene, federal law and health regulations, we must adhere to these strict polices in order to ensure compliance.
